1. Cancellation by the Subscriber
   1.1 How to Cancel:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on
  BirthChart.com.
• Navigate to the “Account Settings” or “Subscription” section.
• Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.
  1.2 Effective Date of Cancellation:
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to
  have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the billing period.
• No further charges will be applied after the cancellation is processed.
  1.3 Refunds:
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Once your subscription is cancelled, you
  will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles, but no prorated refunds will be issued for
  the remaining period of the current cycle.
