End User License Agreement

Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or
“you”) and Educa.to Patryk Nowak, with its registered office at ul. Barska 7/2, 30-307 Kraków,
Poland (NIP: 6762410478) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the
BirthChart.com website and any related services or software provided by the Company
(collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do
not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

  1. License Grant

    through hacking, password mining, or any other means. 2.4 Illegal Activities: Use the Services for
    any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  3. Intellectual Property
    3.1 Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to
    text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the
    property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark,
    patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
    3.2 Trademarks: The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Services are the
    property of the Company or its licensors. You are not permitted to use these trademarks without the
    prior written consent of the Company or the respective licensors.

    free of viruses or other harmful components.
    6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable
    for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or
    revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other
    intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any
    unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any
    bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any
    third party; or (d) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a
    result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any
    disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive
    jurisdiction of the courts located in Kraków, Poland.

    The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted
    on this page, and we will notify you of significant changes through email or a prominent notice on
    our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the
    new terms.
